Physiotherapy, also known as Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, is a branch of health care that focuses on repairing and restoring physical mobility for patients who have suffered some form of physical trauma or wear and tear. Physiotherapists use their knowledge of human anatomy and special tools (bars, balls, and exercise machines) to treat their patients.
The main functions of our team is to design and implement a personalized treatment plan for each patient in order to relieve their pain and restore their physical mobility. To achieve this they:
Perform an initial evaluation of the patient's mobility.
Design a treatment plan to rehabilitate the patient.
Assist patients in performing various exercises designed to help them regain mobility.
Instruct patients and their families in performing exercises and routines designed to help treat the patient.
